Richard S. Schlicher, Senior Vice President, has over thirty years experience within the financial services
industry. Rich has wide-ranging experience in distressed debt, middle market investment banking and commercial lending. Through these
varied activities he has developed extensive relationships both within the corporate community and with senior lenders, subordinated
lenders and equity investors. Rich focuses on new business generation principally at Gill and Roeser Holding, Inc. and providing
advisory services to its clients. Prior to joining Gill and Roeser, Rich was a Managing Director with Spring Street Capital and
engaged in the due diligence, acquisition and resolution of distressed assets. His previous experience was in the investment banking
arena where he was a Managing Director at Ironwood Capital and Principal at Fieldstone Private Capital. Rich began his career in
commercial banking with the Bankers Trust Company and worked for BT in New York, NY and Dallas, TX. Following Bankers Trust,
Rich was the Division Head of the Southwest Region for First National Bank of Chicago. His last position within commercial banking
was as Executive Vice President of Connecticut Bank and Trust in Hartford, CT. Rich holds an MBA from Indiana University and graduated
cum laude in economics from DePauw University.
