Ardian Gill, is co-founder of Gill and Roeser and president of Gill and Roeser Life Intermediaries. He has more than 35 years of acquisitions, tax planning and reinsurance experience. Prior to forming Gill and Roeser, Ardian was a management consultant, principal and director of Tillinghast, Nelson and Warren. As manager of its New York office, he developed a practice in the areas of strategic acquisitions, tax planning and reinsurance. Previously, Ardian was CFO, senior vice president and chief actuary of MONY. In that capacity, he was responsible for the acquisition and direction of various affiliates, including MONY Reinsurance Corporation, MONY Life of Canada, and North American Life and Casualty. Ardian graduated from the University of Connecticut with honors in mathematics. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and was elected a vice president of that organization. He served as a board member of the American Academy of Actuaries and was a charter member of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and was a past president of the New York Actuaries Club.

Ardian is a fine arts photographer with images in the permanent collection of the Brooklyn Museum of Art. His nature and landscape photos have appeared in a number of publications, including the New York Times. He is an avid traveler and spent several weeks in the Antarctic aboard a Russian icebreaker, and in their helicopters, revisiting the sites of the original explorers and transited the Northwest Passage from Greenland to Russia on another Russian icebreaker.
